these people have never had good chicken adobo; it is very good. it uses dried & roasted spices and is slow cooked and moist and delicious. If you are at a restaurant and see it on the menu, you really SHOULD order it, despite what these other people have said!

Chicken adobo is awesome. It's one of my favorite food. It's actually pieces of chicken slowly stewed in soy sauce, bay leaf, lots of garlic, whole peppercorns, a little bit of sugar and some pineapple juice. It's yummy with rice!

Its good, if the person make it right. chicken Adobo is Filipino food.

Of course, it's delicious...it's just chicken which has been marinated in sour orange, garlic, salt, oregano, & cumin... you could leave it in the marinade for several hours and then either bake it or cook it in a pan with a little olive oil and dry white wine. "Para chuparse los dedos"

It's good. The nearest thing I could compare it to would be teriyaki chicken, but the flavors are a bit different.

It tastes a little like drywall, but a little more powdery. Chicken Adobe is awful.
