Since I don't know the background here, I will give you some general advice and I will hope that it applies to your situation.
It sounds to me like Stafanie has hurt you in some way by her rude behavior. If Stefanie has been your friend in the past, I think you should try to visit with her about her behavior and ask her to stop treating you badly. If she is a true friend, she will listen to you and change her behavior.
If she is not a friend, and she is treating you badly, I would suggest that you stay away from her. Surround yourself with people who build you up. If Stefanie continues to be mean, talk to someone you trust about what she is doing and tell them how it is affecting you. Someone may need to set Stefanie straight and let her know that her behavior is unacceptable.
Some girls are jealous of others and they feel inferior, so they make up stories and tell lies because they want to feel more superior. If she is one of those girls, I would suggest you stay away from her and concentrate on surrounding yourself with REAL, TRUE friends.

The next time she is rude to you, stand there and make fun of her. Don't touch her. Just smile and insult her. When she finally swings on you, beat the snot out of her. You have witness's that YOU didn't throw the 1st punch, and she will learn that you are not to be messed with. Good luck!
