Very much so. Im a diabetic - Type 1 and when my sugar is high, I always get nauseated plus bad headaches and a rapid heart beat. This is when I know it is time to test my sugar and take some more insulin. I have never gotten the chills, but abnormal blood sugar levels affect people in different ways.

Yes it can but there are medications that also have these side effects. Panic attacks also include these physical symptoms. With out a physical history, I can't really say why you would be having these symptoms since they may be caused by numerous reasons.

Yes. If you are a diabetic, test your blood sugar and act accordingly. If you are not diabetic, get to a doctor and get yourself checked out.

It would be more like low blood sugar, but everyone is different - you should check your sugar.
