It Must be examples of set meals.The examples should be low in fat,high in protein,does not require eggs,poultry(chickens,ducks,etc.),seafood,rare ingredients (olive oil,parmesan,etc.)

Stay away from anything with the word fried in the name and stay away from anything that comes with a sauce. In Chinese you will have to stick to the steamed vegetables.

Shanghai cuisine are mostly healthy. I especially liked their steam vegetable stuffed bean curd skin with a light sauce. It's high in protein (bean curd) and low fat vegetarian dish.

yes you can have the sushi or the shrimp with noodles very well done that way you fry away all the fat and oil from it ,trust me i know i love Chinese food and it worked for me.......
