there are different kinds
it depends n how they make them
fried rice doesnt come in this kind of meat and that kind of rice
it would be boring

that's one question I've been asking myself for a while. I agree with the fact that Chinese cuicine abroad does adapt to the local customs and culture.
That's why same dishes taste different according to the countries they're cooked in.
