Why Chinese Fried rice got different flavours in different parts of the world?

North Eastern Chinese Fried rice, is very simple with mostly rice and eggs, with no sauce added and very little vegetables. However, else where in the world its saucy and filled with vegetables and meat. Please explain

Because the population of China is 1.3 billion people, and as Chinese spread out to different parts of the world, the cuisine is adjusted to the taste and ingredients there. And after a while, Chinese cuisines change really dramatically.

there are different kinds
it depends n how they make them
fried rice doesnt come in this kind of meat and that kind of rice

that's one question I've been asking myself for a while. I agree with the fact that Chinese cuicine abroad does adapt to the local customs and culture.
That's why same dishes taste different according to the countries they're cooked in.
