Is a Puetorican red blood sausage.

mmm!!!! yes!! they go really good with the Argentinian Asado, together with some chorizos as well (and a lot of bread too!), a god lettuce, tomatoes and onions salad and potatoes and eggs salad with mayonaise!

It's very very good!!

Blood sausage does not fry terribly well. I've tried frying Blutwurst (similar to Morcilla) and the result was a blob. You need a sausage which can be cooked in it's casing, the French Boudin Noir sausage (the French equivalent of Morcilla) is good for cooking.

It's is not really Puertorican they are made all over most Latin countries (colombia,Mexico,Argentina)...I have tried those in Ecuador....it's is really nothing to die for but they are ok....one thing that I believe is puertorican is the "Arroz con gandules"

Am Puertorrican and never dared to eat it!!! Juz looking at it makes me sick.......
