I'm not sure I understand your question. You aren't thinking that you contracted hiv by boxing do you? cuz then the answer would be no, it isn't caused by hiv and the possibility of contracting it while boxing is nearly non-exsistent.
However if you already have hiv, it is possible that the sore is the start of a lesion. It could also just be a cold sore.
