No, but you can talk yourself into thinking you have symptoms if they aren't visible ones. You should really see a doctor before your sexual encounter. You don't want to take the chance of passing somethign on to someone else. It's the responsible thing to do.

Unfortunately no you can not sue him if that was the case the court house would have a line from here to space .What you can do is learn from this move on and forget him I mean he gave you herpes and your worried about him talking to your friend please take some time out for you and forget him ...just think if he had hiv could have been worse.
