anything could be happening, it doesn't mean that she has hiv, even people with stress have a temperature....
didnt you say she got tested ad also had a p24 ?
isn't that conclusive for your friend ? so she can move on with her life.....

Well, having a fever is an indication of sickness in general, so really it could be anything. But, yes, included in anything is HIV. Most viruses don't cause fevers, but I have read that with HIV it affects other functions of the body which can cause a fever. If you think you have exposed yourself to the virus, you need to get tested right away. Remember always use protection, your life is worth it!

i have learnt't it is also an indication of stress, my friend who had the worset thing happen to her , was so hot after a p24 and antibody test and she was hot and i told her to calm down...i decided to massage her and open the windows and some other stuff her temperature went down..so it doesnt have to be related to hiv

This time of year, it is most likely related to heat. Sounds like Heat Exhaustion to me. If it isn't heat related, no it does not necessarily mean one has HIV. :-)
