Filipino- Hot Fresh Pan De Sal from Golden Coin Bakeshop and Restaurant in Hawaii, Homemade Lumpia, My dad's pinakbet, my dad's saloyat veggie dishes, pancit, halo-halo, ube ice cream, and Taho. My dad, an Ilocano person, cooks pinabet very good just right and not too salty or mushy.

Favorite Thai food? Hm...my experience with Thai food is similar to that of Vietnamese food--I'd have to say PHO!!! And very spicy papaya salad (som tum or tum som). Yummy. I'm hungry now. Grr. Never had Filipino food, unfortunately.

I have to agree with most of the people.
Filipino lumpia rocks and Thai curry is the best curry in the world.

I love pancit & have enjoyed a thai dish consisting of sticky noodles, delicious chunks of various seafood and veggies, with a spicy sauce and topped with crushed peanuts. All so yummy.
