Well you can take your noodles for instance the medium shell ..first of all take pork meat and dice it up..and add alittle oil in the pot.. saute till alittle brown, and tender... then after that.add the diced stuff you did before you started cooking the pork some onion and some green bellpeppers..add garlic ..powdered cominos ..(cumin) and if you want it spicy ..add a can of rotel the original or..you can add a can of Hunts dice tomatoes with garlic and onion..salt and pepper ...add alittle water to the mixture ..then in a skillet take your shell noodles and alittle oil enough to cover the bottom of the pan so that you can brown your shell noodles turn them a pretty color brown...then after they are brown add them to the mixture in the pot and make sure the mixture has enough water and its still boiling over medium heat to cook the shells and for about 30 to 40 minutes...just watch so that the noodles dont stick..and that you wont let the noodle over cook....this called a "sopa"...you can eat it with fresh made tortillas and refried beans

With a chopstick like most asians do, esp chinese. Others would likely prefer using the fork instead.

With great gusto using a fork or chop sticks whichever is appropriate and with good friends when possible.
Hope that helps.
