I'm not quite sure that it's entirely vegetarian because it does contain as an essential element Parmesan cheese, but here goes anyway. People think that this is a FABULOUS h'ousdourve, but it is very easy to make and everyone I've known just loves it! They disappear from the plate as soon as you put them out. First, steam the asparagus until it is medium cooked. Set aside. Cut a small chunk of PARMESAN REGGIANO (has to be this kind, or the whole thing won't work - I know it's expensive, but you don't need that much....).Wrap the asparagus with the Parmesan Reggiano with sushi seaweed. If you have some people that don't mind meat, you can wrap the Parmesan cheese around the spear of the asparagus with Italian prosciutto (Italian ham, sliced very thin).

Get a loaf of French bread. Slice or tear it into pieces, then serve with a bowl of extra-virgin olive oil with some rosemary and oregano sprinkled in.

I like frog legs...they have green skin like vegetables, so I don't really consider them to be meat. And besides if you're a Veggie like me, I still eat Fish and Amphibians are not birds or mammals so they are more like fish.
