Warts appear and occasionally disappear whenever they feel like it. They can be burnt off using cautery or a type of chemical, but the things still come back.
Puberty doesnt have much to do with whether genital warts return. Your immunity has a lot to do with it.

Genital Warts are caused by HPV which is a virus. You can not take anything for them since its a virus the body has to fight it off and it normally will within 5 years. I say that is they don't come back in about a year they are not going to. They are getting ready to come out with a vaccine that prevent the most common strains of HPV that cause warts and cervical cancer. I think they are going to give it to children once they turn 12 so it will help prevent this when sexually activity starts.

There is currently no cure for genital warts. It can be treated and surpressed but to date we have no cure so there is a chance it could appear again, there are many things that cause an outbreak. If there is another outbreak i suggest taking her to a pediatric doctor to see if there is any major risk to her eproductive system. Good luck with everything and be safe.
