Almost everything in the grocery store that says "vegetable oil" is soybean. Don't buy it. Go to your local "natural foods store" and get cold-pressed canola or olive.

If it says generic vegetable oil, it usually is from soybeans. Sometimes you will see corn oil, sunflower oil, etc. It will be more expensive.
