Drink at least 8 ounces water each waking our each day, and 4 ounces 100% cranberry juice each morning, as it seems you have at least a urinary tract infection. Also, make an appointment at your local free clinic to be evaluated for meds.

Just because you get sick does not mean you will need hospitalizing. BUT if you do and you don't have insurance or anyway to cover the cost than the social worker at the hospital will help get you on Medi-Caid (Medi-Cal in California) Sorry, I know nothing about other country's health programs.
Talk to the Doctor's office that is prescribing your meds. most Doctors will continue to see you until you get back on your feet or Medi caid kicks in. Always ask for samples. My doctor handed me a stack of presciptions today when I went to get my next appointment I handed them to the office girl and asked if there are any samples It turned out that I needed to only buy one of the seven scripts.
Don't let your health go down and suffer before you get help, even if you are sick and just want to lay in bed and quietly suffer, (see I've been there) you must seek help.

Your question sounded like the Diabetese was making you sick until I read the bottom part of your question. Another way of asking would be to say ..... And I am a type 2 on diabetese, and I can't afford to be hospitalized.

If you are running a temp of 104F after 3-4 days go to the hospital or call your Doctors office NOW you have an infection and diabetics don't do very well with these.

I know of someone that have diabetes and had an open wound almost 1 feet in size on the leg. Fully recovered on the wound and the sugar level back to normal after taking a product call Colostrum for about 3 months. That is not a medicine for diabetes but the good news is, doctor certify cure!

Change: Take anything that has sugar in it OUT of your life. Do not drink sugared sodas and go WAY, WAY light on anything in the bread world; potatoes, crackers, cereals, etc. Not light for you, Light as in 3 SERVINGS a day, at least until you get on a regimen. Stay as far away from juices as possible, for now. As another answer said, find a clinic or SOMEWHERE! 102 is likely an infection somewhere in your body.
HINT: look at ingredient lists. If sugar or anything ending in OSE is on the 1st-3rd line, *forget it.* Those cute lil charts include natural sugars and don't help diabetics to avoid, MAN MADE sugar A.K.A. high fructose corn syrup, sugar, etc.
You may be better in a few days however please realize what you eat, is what is making you sick. ADJUST! You're in the Captain's chair on that one.

It sounds to me like your type two diabetes is out of control, especially with your remark that you have frequent urination (I will address the painful part in a second) and you are very thirsty. These are classic hallmarks of diabetes and very high sugar levels. You mentioned that you have a fever of 102, which is not good. As you know, for a diabetic any illness, including the types that cause fevers, consistently will make type 1 and type 2 diabetics' sugars rise to dangerously high levels, including to the point of ketoacidosis, which can lead to a diabetic coma. You could take Aspirin or Tylenol to lower your fever but you need to look into which product raises your sugar levels and which does not. But if you have an infection, nothing is going to eradicate it unless you are prescribed antibiotics. Aspirin and Tylenol or Advil or Aleve will help with the fever, but will do nothing for the infection. And, as with anything else, infections left untreated get worse.

As for the painful urination, you may have a kidney or bladder infection. Kidney infections are extremely dangerous and they make you very sick. I have had one and it was no picnic. I had no appetite, plus I was feverish, in pain, terribly nauseated and felt like barfing all the time. I had to go to the Emergency room (I have a regular doctor but this was at midnight) and they gave me pain medication and antibiotics to help me. Until I was put on antibiotics that were designed to specifically eradicate bladder and kidney infections, NO HOME REMEDY HELPED. I tried some standard home remedies that I used for bladder infections before, like cranberry juice as it prevents E.Coli (from feces) bacteria from adhering to your bladder's walls. But it did nothing for me and I got worse. HOWEVER, because you are a diabetic, if you drink cranberry juice its high sugar content (higher than orange juice) will significantly raise your sugar levels even higher than they are now. They are good for a quick fix if you are having a very low blood sugar episode (or insulin reaction), but are not good if you are sick and your sugar is high.

While I understand that you cannot afford to go to the doctor or to the hospital, you absolutely must do so. You are putting your health and your life in a very precarious and dangerous situation, and it simply is erroneous on your part to do so. You only have one life, and ignoring the consequences of your current illness can really do harm to you. Perhaps a family member can help you with paying for this? Either way, get help and get it now so you don't pay the ultimate consequence of death.

Please take care of yourself. You have but one life.
