There are a few possibilities but it could be that you are suffering from low blood sugar. After you eat its kind a like a food rush. Your getting the energy that you need and the sugars and flooding your system because they were low prior to you eating. try to eat at a regular time everyday & see what happens. If it continues I would suggest going to the Dr. for a check up. Also carry a few hard sugar candies with you & if you feel hungry take one until you can eat something. For more information on hypoglycemia please go to the American Diabetes Association Website.

Dizziness with headaches may be due to migraine headaches, or a sinus infection. Sometimes even a severe ear infection can cause dizziness with headache. Other possibilities might be pinched nerve in the neck or other injury to upper back. If a person has allergies there is more fluid being produced and sometimes allergic reactions cause headaches as well. Cold sweats and shaking might signal a fever and certainly other problems. Did she have the flu or a cold recently?

Sounds like a food allergy to me. Go to your doctor and have some allergy tests run. Also, record every time you eat a certain food and it bothers you. If there is a pattern evolving, you'll have some idea of the foods that cause your symptoms. Some allergens are not readily noticeable, like a peanut allergy, for example. Even though you're not eating peanuts, maybe there are some ingredients in the food that contain peanut oil, and will cause the same symptoms. That's why it's important to be tested, as allergies can be dangerous and even life-threatening. I'm not trying to scare you, but most people think allergies are just a seasonal annoyance. They can be a threat if they go untreated, so please see a doctor ASAP.
