Is it a chronic pain or just a recent one? In women having a heart attack most complain of neck/jaw pain or stomach pain than the typical chest and or left arm pain, which is common in males.
I don't know why, but that's used to be part of EMT training in NJ.

Since you have posed this question in the Heart Diseases section, I take that to mean that you already know what you are writing about, and you are seeking to see if anyone else out 'here' knows what you are referring to (symptom) ----
You are not asking for the readership to counsel you to seek medical attention, are you?
Just checking ---- are you on your way to the ER, yet???

Well, if it's that bad, there's not anything you can do at home. Try goind to a doctor or if it get extremely worse, go to the Emergency Room.
Good Luck. =)
