So long as no one slept unprotected witih anyone else, then no. But is it worth the chance...

Go to a clinic and get tested, then you can be 100% sure neither of you have anything.

Although, you may still need to protect yourself from unwanted pregnancy (just putting that in, in case you're thinking of stopping contraception or something)

Did u mean sexually transmitted diseases by writing sti ? Generally NO but it all depends on the activities other than coitus done by you both!!!

If you two have never had any sexual contact with anyone else then no you can't get anything. If you have or he has had oral sex with other people or contracted an oral mouth disease then yes.
