I'd go with mexican just because i already eat chinese food at home three times a day and am looking for a change.

You are SOO mean... but since I AM Chinese, I would have to say Chinese. But Mexican is pretty good, although some are just plain NASTY.
Even if Mexican is the home of the tacos and nachos...

Mexican. I can get it just about any place where I live. I can rarely find good chinese food and the $1 chinese places suck.
