A balace diet is must to be healthy. In the breakfaet must have brown bread and egg. In the lunch too have salads, fruits and some cereal, Have something in the evening like fruit juice, fruit shake, milk or yoghurt and in the dinner have yoghurt or any boiled beans, some salad and some cereal/bread.
Diet is not good. But yes protein is also very important for the body.
REmember only 3 egg yolks a week but you can eat egg white. Also include some nuts in your diet. Vegs and fruits are must and healthy.
But proper diet (balance diet) and exercise is very important

yes
eggs are a very good source of protein and if you are in a diet you can eat up to 3 eggs a day. but be careful : you can only eat 6 a week. so might want to arrange that yourself on how many eggs you should eat a day.

Yes, eggs are good protein for you. But too many of them will raise your cholesterol.
I've done the Atkins diet before very successfully. It includes lots of protein at first then add some low fats, veggies & fruits. Proteins = can eat meat, fish, chicken, cheese & eggs to your hearts content & still lose weight.

ha ha ha, don't you feel horny from so many eggs...
they have a lot of hormones inside, and they might make you feel hot( i mean now the temperature). Also some skin trouble might appear.
However, you seem not to eat properly, it will damage your health on a long term. Best have some light breakfast, proper lunch and a smaller dinner. And there must be balance in your nourishment, eating all the time eggs, and only eggs can't be healthy.

Yes, they are, a more balanced diet would be better though. If you're a veggie then you'll need them for things like protein and vitamin B12 though.
And for the record, worrying about the trivial amounts of cholesterol and saturated fat eggs contain is absolutely ridiculous. You need fat and cholesterol in your diet, and you don't need to worry about the small amounts in eggs, even if you eat eggs regularly, as it won't change your blood cholesterol or fat levels at all to any point even worth mentioning.

Actually, there was this philosopher in Ancient Greece, Epicurus, who went on an only-a-boiled egg- a -day diet for years and he lived to a ripe old age.
So, can't be bad.
