make some kabobs on the bbq
You Will Need
1/4 cup each soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and honey
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
Nonstick cooking spray
What to Do
1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and garlic. Set aside 1/3 cup.
2. On eight metal or soaked wooden skewers, thread the shrimp, green pepper, and pineapple.
3. Place in a shallow dish; pour remaining marinade over kabobs. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Cover and chill reserved marinade.
4. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade from kabobs.
5. Grill, uncovered, over medium heat for 3 minutes, turning once. Baste with reserved marinade.
6. Grill 3 to 4 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink, turning and basting frequently.

If they are already cooked, thaw them and serve as an appitizer. Everyone loves shrimp and cocktail sauce. If they are not, cook them, then cool them and then serve as an appitizer.
You could also make a shrimp and some kind of a sauce and pasta.
What you dont use, put in the freezer, they will keep for a while.

if you want you can solve both problems at once and do shrimp fajitas they are simple and awesome ! simply saute in garlic,extra virgin olive oil,1 tblspn butter,chili powder,cumin and, sea salt, fresh pepper, cook 'til half done set aside,saute' vegis, red,and yellow bell pepper, sweet onion,and mushrooms are great ! quick and hot ! add shrimp back in toss until done,red and tight ! voila ! garnish with fresh cilantro !this makes for a colorful flavorful dish ! you can have fresh guacamole and salsa on the side ! and all of this can be done on the barbe with cast iron !

wrap them with pineapple and bacon and secure with a toothpick and then grill or pan fry them.... yummy. Rachael Ray has some good recipes for it.

if theyre clean you could freeze them. take heads off and rinse well then bag them up in 1 lb bags and freeze until you are ready to work with them.
