Yes you can suffer from both
What I suggest you do is contact your endocrinologist for some teaching on diabetes so that you can have a better understanding of your disease.

Yes you can suffer from high and low blood glucose and be a non-insulin dependent diabetic. The problem is what the person eats, and the lack of exercise for what is eaten. Counting carbohydrates is great for improving BG level control. You will notice that with high carbs your BG will go high and then low as your body attempts to compensate - often later and too late to be really effective. By eating low carbs and and counting carbs you can lower your BG and better control the highs and lows. Been there and have both the cap and t-shirt!

Hi! Insulin is a hormone sent from the pancreas to the liver which instructs it to convert bloody glucose (when in high concentration) to glycogen, this is then stored which then loewrs blood glucose levels, gluagon however does exactly the opposite, it raises the blood sugar levels. So in answer to your Q no you can only suffer from high

Your blood sugar level will be always high, but in certain circumstances, your blood sugar level could be lowered due to diet, exercise or medicine.

yes you can if you have a lot of sugar and not of sugar Lot at all symptoms is low sugar weak dizzy too much sugar sugar rush then weak and hyper
