In all probability, you are in India.

It is good - you have a blueprint for your career. Target is to become microbiologist. For that you have to pass 10+2 with biology as a subject. Is it not so? That you will pass if you get admission with biology as a subject in 11th class. For that you have to work hard in 10th. It is CBSE conducted exam. Put all your efforts to score maximum marks in 10th. That should be your immediate goal.
