If you don't want to hire a Chinese cook, why don't you take Chinese cooking lessons. No matter how nice a name you choose, your customers will return for the quality of your food and service. How many hamburgers would you buy with soy sauce splashed on them?

You can do anything you want. The question is: How long do you want to stay in business?

No, really, try working in a Chinese restaurant, going to a cooking school, or as a last resort, get recipes from the food channel--LOL.

Since you do not want to hire anyone and it is obvious that you are not a good cook and you nothing about the restaurant business, which your customers would quickly find out, you coud call the restaurant ; IMAGINARY CHINESE RESTAURANT.

Boaz.

Lol. Why not...hell the black guy did it in Rush Hour 2...It think his name was Blackie Chan. Sure, you can put soy sauce on hamburgers and fried chicken. They put soy sauce on cats and rats daily and call it chicken! Go for it.

You can do whatever you want in your own place. If you really want to serve Chinese food you can hire a chef who knows how to cook that type of food or you can learn yourself. There's no law that prevents you from serving whatever food you want in your own restaurant though (unless it's unsafe for human consumption).

I don't think you should start one. But u could always hire a chinese cook to work for you. However, i don't think it will be cost effective.
