There is no alcohol that is calorie free---sorry. All alcohol has calories--some way more than others. The best way to watch calories when drinking alcohol is to limit your drinks to one--and avoid any drinks that mix liquors--like Long Island Iced Teas--or blender drhinks like daquiris, margaritas or pina coladas. Best bet is to drink calorie free soda or water. If there was such a thing as calorie free liquor- I'd be the first one there trying it out. :)

Plain rum or vodka mixed with flavored diet soda,Rum is great with diet vanilla or cherry coke.Try the vodka with a citrus flavored diet soda or crystal light. No alcohol is calorie free,but by using plain rum or vodka mixed with a sugar free mix,you drasticaly cut down on the sugar and calories.
