Got to know that they mix some bone in the process producing sugar in the factories, some one told me it is dog's bone. Would like to know the real fact. Anyone could do this for me?

They don't put bones in the sugar (LOL!) but "bone char" or charcoal made from bones is sometimes used to make filters, and these filters are sometimes used in the manufacturing process to make sugar look pretty.

How you should respond to this information depends on why you choose to be a vegetarian or vegan. The bones used are "waste products" from the meat & leather industries, and would otherwise end up in "bone meal", an important fertilizer used to grow vegetables (even "organic" vegetables!).

I could find no evidence that anyone has ever used "dog bones", where would a manufacturer find enough dead dogs to make the char? Think about it!

You should worry less and think more.

I saw a documentary once on how they make sugar (all right, I'm a bit of a nerd). They made no mention of any type of bones being used in the process or put into the sugar itself. It's sugar cane, plain and simple.

Sugar is a pure, unadulterated produce

it is the extract from highly sweet plants

eg Sugar cane
sugar beet

I cannot see any possible reason for adding bones of any sort to
sugar

No bones about it. Sorry for the pun, couldn't resist.
Health dept would shut them down.
Your friend is pulling your leg.
If any foreign material is found in sugar it's probably husk from the cane, but it's filtered many times during the process, so it's doubtful that there will be any.

Sugar is made from sugar cane and sometimes from sugar beets. Not bones.

Whoever told you that is insane! Why in the world would they do such thing? As far as I'm concerned, sugar is made from sugarcane. The sugarcane is juiced and the juice undergoes a process to make it into sugar crystals.
