The Department of Agriculture limits the importation of food from other countries - they don't want any bacteria or larger organisms to invade the USA.
There are many Mexican restaurants that don't just serve TEX=MEX.

Oh, dear, didn't you hear? Mexican restaurants all over the US are closing, because the food can't come over the border! What will we do? Bootleg it across the border? All that will be left is, oh no, Taco Bell! We have had to put up with a lot of changes with G. Bush as pres, but this is the last straw!
LOL :) Just kidding.
Mexican food works for me, too. So does that juice, brand names are Valle and Jumex, that my grocery carries. Walmart carries it ,too, cheaper. Really good flavors like strawberry, plum, and mango. And I shouldn't be so mean to Taco Bell, I've been there twice, recently.
So, look G. Bush, if I do not have taco chips every once in awhile, I have withdrawal, and I will call you if that happens, so take this person's suggestion and get working visas for the food, pronto, andelay! Sorry, my Spanish speaking skills are confined to names of foods.
I just read other replies, good one from just-Unlike the mexicans, you can send the food back.

Mexican food that comes into this country legally is welcomed. Same as for any foreign foods that come into this country legally.

Let me assure you, most Americans have never had real mexican food. You wouldn't like it, and it won't sell here in the U.S.
