tex mex huevos rancheros....
fry a tortilla or buy a tostada.......smear on some refried beans....add some shredded cheese.....add some eggs on top, be them sunny side up or fried and throw some salsa on top of it all and then eat up......and this is tex mex when the beans are not homemade, the salsa is not homemade......
