If it's what I think it is-- Its a Polish dish. It's mainly baked cabbage. Some meat can be in it too-- e.g. bacon or other pork, or some beef on the bone. Also, sometimes kielbasa (sic?) -- sausage that is-- can be in it as well.

Quite good stuff...
