Well I've been a veggeterian since 6th grade and I'm now going into 11th. I have been substituting hamburgers with these things called Bocca Burgers. They say they are meat free on the box. Is it true that they are meat free? I want to know cause if they aren't i am going to stop eating them.

Yes, they are completely meat-free. Some varieties are vegetarian (and contain dairy products such as cheese), and some are vegan - no animal products whatsoever. So enjoy! I suggest, too, that you try the other Boca products - "chicken" patties, sausage, etc. There's no meat in any of it.

Yes they are meat free. Here's a good way to make sure something is meat-free for the future. Look for a kosher sign on the pakage (a U or K inside a circle is the most common one) Then, right next to it if you see a "D" that means it's dairy and it has no meat ingredients. If you see the word "Parve" that means it contains no meat or dairy ingredients. If you look for these signs you can be certain you're not eating meat!

Yeah they are meat free, but not all of them are vegan. It's a good habit to start reading ingredients now because you'll be surprised what ingredients are in certain things, like meat products in beverages and gelatin in candy. Gross!!!

You wouldn't buy meat from a box and microwave it would ya? There is your answer, yes, if a product says it is vegetarian, it is. You should try the Chik Patties...they are tasty.
