Go get tested, that's the only way to know. The symptoms of HIV are just general symptoms, really. The only way to be diagnosed is through a blood test. Stop stressing, what's done is done. Relax and get tested. There's nothing else to do at this point. If you get tested and you are positive, you can get started on an HIV regime to control it. The nausea / loss of appetite could very well be anxiety-induced. If you think of something frightening, nausea will quite often set in. Either way, you still need to be tested. Any time you have unprotected sex and aren't aware of the other person's status, you should test to be sure.

It can. Hypochondria can result in imitative symptoms or, more oftenly, in percieved symptoms even if you don't have the disease. These usually stem from a greater anxiety complex that should be treated if the fears are unjustified.
If you are at risk (ie: you've had unprotected or protected sex with one or more people outside a monogamous relationship since your last test) Get your tests regularly if you are sexually active, especially with multiple (more than one) partners. Remember, condoms fail one out of every 33 times. Heterosexuals are at much higher risk than they usually believe.

If you are talking in terms of psychological symptoms, it is quite possible. If you are worried about a certain illness or disorder, you may convince yourself that you actually have this disorder and then will produce symptoms to go along with it.

Just take the HIV-test.
Just retest if you're still in doubt.
Three times will do the job definitely.
