I'd like to be able quickly to put together a vegetarian (lacto-ovo) picnic that would be good for my husband and me and our two year old. Thanks.

Peanut butter jelly sandwiches, homemade cookies (may be oatmeal and raisin), burgers with lightlife meatless deli for you both, some crackers/tortilla chips, few apples/bananas, fruit flavoured yogurt and some fruit/vegetable juice boxes and ofcourse, water as well.

I would definitely include a fruit salad, it's yummy and cool on a hot day. A garden salad also.

Whole wheat pita bread with hummus, fruit salad, egg salad, raw veggies.

make some good salsa, have totrilla chips, guac, and eggplant parmesan subs, also u could make portabellas on the grill, instead of hamburgers, use a pesto instead of mayo

i am not sure, but maybe
1.peanut butter and jelly sandwiches
2.fresh fruit
3.cookies
And make sure not to forget plenty of napkins
