So Im very paranoid. I've had this white nasty gross discharge for awhile and I finally decided to goto the doctors to get it checked out. He prescribed me medicine for a yeast infection and told me they'll let me know in a couple of days how my test went....and they were fine. I was negative for Stds. This was about a month ago.I STILL have that very THICK white discharge. It reminds me of wet toilet tissue. It is also some irritation down there. It doesnt even burn to pee, but today, after I peed, when I wiped myself, my vagina felt like ie was on fire. It even scared me. I figured my vagina might have been irritated by that white discharge. When I got home from work, I decided to take a mirror and look down there....its a white bump down there! When I saw it, I almost had a heart attack. What could it be if my doctor said I was STD free? Just irritation?

Ok, So I just went to look at it again, and its not white...its red. If I just touch it, it burns, and sends my whole vagina in pain. If I push on the part where my ovaries are suppose to be, it hurts. Whatever this is, I think its the whole reason why I feel sick all the time. Like I just have this wierd feeling i dont know how to explain, and I really do think its related to that bump.

What do you have is a common situation for any woman and it may happen even if you have not have sex. It should be a vaginal infection that has not been treated adequately. You should take some antibiotics and vaginal creams.

meanwhile, you can sit in warm water to treat the burning feeling, don't use perfumed soaps or use colored and perfumed toilet paper. use cotton panties, not g-strings and don't use jeans or any other fit clothes for a while.

you have to see the doctor because all good medicines are with prescription.

The most frequent symptoms of yeast infection in women are itching, burning, and irritation of the vagina. Painful urination and/or intercourse are common. Vaginal discharge is not always present and may be minimal. The thick, whitish-gray discharge is typically described as cottage-cheese-like in nature, although it can vary from watery to thick in consistency. Most male partners of women with yeast infection do not experience any symptoms of the infection. A transient rash and burning sensation , however, have been reported after intercourse if condoms were not used. you might have hpv 2...or it could be a infected hair .. go back to the doctor ....

Go and see your OB/GYN. No one here is a doctor - you need medical advice.

Good Luck.

That bump was probably your clit - covered in thrush slough.
Try pessaries - otherwise you 'll remain skanky forever!
