I've never had it myself...but, here are a few recipes:

Fact:
Today millet ranks as the sixth most important grain in the world, sustains 1/3 of the world’s population and is a significant part of the diet in northern China, Japan, Manchuria and various areas of the former Soviet Union, Africa, India, and Egypt.

Millet cooks similarly to brown rice which is usually double the water in the pot and simmer for 15 minutes or so. I usually rinse well initially and bring to a boil before simmering. You may find the flavor is brought out of this grain by oversimmering until the grain no longer looks round but rather like tiny little popcorns. You may have to add small amounts of water as you go to prevent burning.
After add a couple huge spoonfuls to a veggie stir fry and some olive oil and sea salt and you've got a great dish. Millet is apparently quite alkaline which better for us.

You cut the sides and the top short and leave the back long. Oh... sorry. I thought you said "mullet!" My mistake!

slit it from tail to just below the gills, insert the hook through that slit towards it's head and threw it's lower jaw.
