Virginia... especially after i saw her in a bikini.
but i think Heather deserves to win.
Sara needs to get her azz kicked.
and Keith is just not consistent enough, but still has his moments.
as for Jean Philippe... i don't feel sorry for the guy. i'm sure he's getting quite a big paycheck for his role in the show.
Scott and Mary Ann are the ones who deserve more credit for the crap they have to do.

I really like chef Gordon Ramsay. He sounds rude sometimes, but i do not think he means bad. He is a perfectionist, hard worker and he is actually really nice when someone meet his expectations.
