It very well could be genital herpes. Just because they are called "genital" herpes doesn't mean that you cannot get them a little further down. The genital herpes virus actually lives in nerve cells at the base of the spine. During times of high stress, this can activate the virus and it will travel down the spine and to the genital area. Some people get the blistered sores un the inside of the thighs, and buttocks area as well as vulva, cervix and vagina (women) and penis and testicals (men). First signs of herpes will be what is called the "prodronal" stage. Wherever the herpes are going to appear, you will experience burning, itching and/or tingling and then within a few days you will break out with red bumps that are painful blisters and will continue to itch, burn and tingle and will ooze a white, watery substance. The bumps will last about 2-3 weeks. Do not touch them, do not have sex during this time, and do share towels with anyone because this could spread the virus. There is really no way to assess what these might be without seeing them...they could be almost anything....and you don't say where on your inner thigh they are located. If they are high up and very close to your groin..it's pssible that they are herpes. Herpes appears as small fluid filled blisters. They normally came in clustered areas...You are saying they are spread out ...but how far ...are they in the same general area or very spread out ?
Other things it could be...boils, allergic reaction,
almost any type of skin disorder....inflammation causes fluid to come out of most skin eruptions if you press on them. I would recommend that you see a doctor because without actually seeing them , no one can really tell you online with any certainty.
