I enjoy having their favorites like pizza (order-out or Red Baron's frozen).
Chicken Nuggets, french fries.
Yogurt, pudding cups, ice cream, peanut butter sandwiches, grilled cheese sandwiches.
Tortilla chips and hot sauce.
Hot dogs/chili & fritoes
Spagetti/meat sauce, garlic toast.
Apples, bananas.
I could go on, but, this is just a start.
Have fun with them..they're not young long and they will be too busy to come to grandma's.
I enjoy every minute I can.

Chicken nuggets, pizza, mac'n'cheese, hamburgers, hot dogs, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, tacos... pretty much anything that's not really healthy for them! The younger they are, the more likely they are to eat a food they can pick up with their fingers.
We have two of our kids part time (11 yo boy and a 6 yo girl)and their mom let's them eat junk but we have a rule here.. they have to try it. Also, I find that if they can help prepare the meal, they're more likely to eat it. Corn on the cob is a lot of fun for them because they help "shuck" the corn and they can pick it up and eat it.
Best bet is to talk to Mom and find out what some of their favorite meals are at home and try to go from there.

You could try making something with your kids. Make homeade pizza and have your grandkids help you put on toppings. Arrange the toppings into smiliey faces or flowers.
You can also make taco night! Have different bowls filled with ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, salsa and beans. Each child can have a chance to fill up their taco shell with whatever they want.
You can also make breakfast for dinner. Make scrambled eggs, hashbrowns and even pancakes. You can also serve them a bowl of fresh strawberries or blueberries.
Be creative and have fun spending time with your grandkids!

Fun foods really. Things they can eat with their hands and not get yelled at for. Chicken nuggets, tator tots, pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, fried chicken.
If you want to get them into something less fattning...try cutting up apples, put out grapes, cherries....again, finger foods are usually the best idea.
