Vitamin C is in many fruits, esp. OJ. and even veggies like broccoli.
I make a smoothie for breakfast, try this sometime, it's fast & refreshing:
1 banana
8 oz. vanilla yogurt (organic is best)
1/4 cup frozen mixed fruit (strawberries/blueberries/raspberries)
1 scoop Vanilla soy protein powder
a splash of OJ
2 ice cubes
Blend that all up very well in your blender & enjoy. You can also take Vitamin C supplements.

Many fruits contain Vitamin C..However citrus fruits contain higher proportion of it... Yes having fruits for Breakfast is healthy way to start a day..

Yes great idea to have fruit for breakfast, if you don't like the idea of eating fruit why not have some orange juice or make your own breakfast juice using different fruits.
Pepper contain the most vit c out of all fruit n veg so you could add small amounts of these to your juice with strong tasting fruit to hide the taste

when looking for Vitamin C check out your citrus fruits, however, vitamin C can be found in most fruits and actually potatoes have a very high level of vitamin C!!!
as for breakfast...YES! incorporate fruits into your diet throughout the day! for example, slice up a banana in a shallow bowl, then pour some OJ on top. eat it like banana cereal. the oj and banana compliment each other very well.
then, at lunch, eat apple slices with peanut butter! this way your are getting another serving of fruit AND the p-butter has good fats and protein!

A cup or so of strawberries has a full day's supply of vitamin c. Since you should be eating at least 5 servings a day of fruit and vegetables, of course it's advisable to start with breakfast.

All Citrus and most berries contain large amounts ofVitamin C.
When you eat them doesn't matter. Breakfast VS dinner makes no difference. If it floats your boat to eat them for breakfast go for it

other fruit is kiwi, and yes, it is advisable to have fruits for breakfast, plenty of vitamins and they "cleanse" your organism.

clemintines and oranges are packed with vitamin c (i prefer clementines)they are sweeter and aren't as large.
