high cholesterol blocks arteries and causes slow and labored blood flow, thus it will make the heart work harder, and wear you out faster than if you were healthy. so yes, it can cause fatigue.

That is a long list and some of those I dont even know. But what is apparent is that some are the result of or are linked to another condition, primarily your obesity and this includes: diabetes, fatigue, high blood pressure and cholesterol, bowel problems and the psychological problems. So there is a common link; address the root and you can eliminate quiet a few of the issues. And also you didnt specify if some of these have been medically diagnosed or if they are self-diagnosed which tends to happen a lot nowadays that so much information is right on the internet.

What are your iron levels like? When they are low, then you will be tired.
Cholesterol, for the most part, no.
Being tired may be due to poor diet, eat more fruits and vegetables.
Drink water-8 to 10 glass a day and try a good vitamin supplement that is high in vitamin B's 6 & 12.
But start with having your iron levels check.

Of course these symptoms make me believe that you may have some coronary deficiency. Maybe a blockage in your heart. You should see a cardiologist soon. Depending on your age and health status maybe very quickly.
