I have never had one, but CPR classes say: overall bad feeling, tingling sensations in arms/legs, chest pains, you will turn pale, lose of appetite. You may or may not feel some or all of these. If there is ANY question, call 911. The sooner someone knows, the better chance of getting help. My grandpa didn't call and he died as a result.

Symptoms are sweating, nausea, vomiting, crushing pain in the middle of the chest or between the shoulder blades accompanied by pain which radiates up in to the jaw bone or into the arm. Shortness of breath.

No two people are alike and it feels different for different people, but the major signs are chest pain or tightness, tingleing in your left arm. Some people get headaches and some people have tightness in their jaw.
