Put frozen peaches or Blueberries in Tea it is great!
After lookin at the other answers I am confused.
Eat healthy:
Peanut butter on whole grain bread No jelly!
Make up baked oatmeal at night. Then heat and serve!
Tomato sandwiches are good! Add Salami it is even better.(a lot of fat in Salami)
Carrots, Celery, Tomatos, make up a Veggie salad.
Let the kids put it together so the veggies they like are in it.

I keep tortilla wraps in the house and just put in chicken salad, tuna, cold cuts, or whatever we have. Roll it up and its easy for the kids to hold and eat. (I'll make up a batch of chicken salad and keep it in the fridge so they can do it themselves too).
