I'be travelled most of Europe, Canada, Asia and Downunder... I still think Chinese cuisine is THE food I love the most. Dimsum (literally: touches the heart) is one of the most delightful mouthfulls ever.... washed down with a good Yunnan tea.

Braised and steamed chicken feet dimsum is one of my favorites; if you're squeamish don't look at it. Pop whole feet into mouth and nibble away... sensational stuff.
