Here's the serious/medical answer:
If your balls are larger/swollen, then it means that your balls are infected. Likely a bacterial or viral infection. You need to IMMEDIATELY go to a doctor and get it diagnosed and get a prescrition drug for it as soon as possible! Don't wait any longer. Seriously, I'd go ASAP if I were you!
(laughing! LOL, and remember to tell your friend "tell your mom I said thanks for last night." LOL!!!!!!!!!)
