Continuous use of Flucticone nasal spray would lead to addiction undoubtedly. Better use it occasionally. Why don't you start doing some breathing exercises after consulting a specialist? We can get rid of so many ailments by adopting age-old remedies and exercises. Our body system requires less medication and more a natural way of living.
