Lebanese falafel because it's fried food that's amazingly good for you, or Greek baklava because my family is ethnically Greek and the layering of filo, honey, nuts, and spices is just something that reminds me of my roots and the flavors my ancestors cooked with.

Yunnan (a southern state in China) food is the best. Because I have tried it.
For those who just know Chinese foods as orange chicken, sweet sour pork, or cashew chicken, and etc, they haven't had the real good Chinese foods yet.
Also very hard to find authentic Yunnan food in US.

Gyros with lots of that white, tzatziki sauce or whatever you call it. And it has to be made with real lamb, not that processed **** they give you at the mall. Why? Because it's really good. I have many other favorites, but that's what I would like now. Pad kee mao would be good right now too.
