Ischemia is a condition in which the blood flow (and thus oxygen) is restricted to a part of the body. Cardiac ischemia is the name for lack of blood flow and oxygen to the heart muscle.
Ischemic heart disease is the term given to heart problems caused by narrowed heart arteries. When arteries are narrowed, less blood and oxygen reaches the heart muscle. This is also called coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease. This can ultimately lead to heart attack or what we call myocardial infarction ( heart muscle death).
IHD often causes chest pain or discomfort known as angina pectoris.

Ischaemic heart diseases are those caused by poor blood supply to the heart. This is usually because the vessels have been blocked by cholesterol. This causes angina - heart or chest pain sometimes with breathing difficulties and heart attacks.
There is a lot of lifestyle decisions that can change individual risks for these illnesses. I hope the links below are helpful

Ischemia is defined as the restriction of the blood supply to a certain area. This restriction causes damage to the tissues in that area. In this case, the tissues affected are cardiac. It is the same disorder as Coronary Artery Disease. Here, the coronary arteries are constricted and hardened, thus they cannot supply the muscles of the heart with enough oxygen to allow the heart to pump well. This lack of the ability to pump causes damage to the heart because it needs this oxygen to survive. Basically, IHD is the lack of blood and oxygen to the heart, which causes damage to the heart's muscles.

It could be:
Ailments caused by a decreased blood supply due to narrowing of the coronary arteries.
OR
Disturbance of heart function resulting from inadequate supply of oxygen to the heart muscle; also called coronary artery disease (CAD) and IHD.
OR
(ICD-9 410-414) Any condition in which heart muscle is damaged or works inefficiently because of an absence or relative deficiency of its blood supply; most often caused by atherosclerosis, it includes angina pectoris, acute myocardial infarction, chronic ischemic heart disease, and sudden death.

Ischemia is when your heart does not have enough blood and oxygen supply, either because of fat plaques or the blood vessels narrow. Check out the link below to further understand the Disease.
