I really dont recommend even trying. Crocodile eggs probably fertialize at a different rate then chicken eggs. Plus it might be more difficult to determine if it is unfertialized or fertialized because of the thickness of the shell. I highly don't recommend trying though. Stick to chicken eggs.

yes the eggs are edible, they still consist of a yoke and egg white.

absolutely 100% fine to eat as are all eggs there are in fact no eggs that are poisonous inedible, be the avian, reptile or amphibian.
one strange fact is that in papua nu guniea, they open up pregnant iguanas and remove the eggs and sew the animals back up. strange sort of harvest
