These fruits are good for diabetics:
apples, oranges, kiwi fruit, strawberry, pears, pineapple, etc.

The following should be consumed with more care by diabetics, ie. in less quantities:

mango, fig, dates, bananas, grapes, cherries, melon ( not watermelon). These fruits can greatly raise the blood sugar level. But, with the proper medication and quantities it's all right. Nothing is totally forbidden for diabetics. Everything is ok with the proper quantity intake, medication, and exercise.
