It is lifestyle and the stress of trying to make a living in a culture of taxation without proper representation. The governments of local and states are trying to compete with tax dollars of these workers. All the difficulty and bad health is probably attributed to the government who are terrorizing its own citizens. Judges are probably causing 15% of the deaths. It is time for Americans to stop this abusive behavior from the government. Our freedom is being taken away.

First of all, I suggest you learn how to spell and use proper grammar. The question should have been phrased "Why do heart attacks mostly happen to men?". The way you phrased it, it doesn't make sense. Secondly, your comment after the question doesn't make sense either. The word is "observation", and saying "most of man are involve" is just poor and sloppy. Let's learn how to speak English before we try and ask a question in the future, shall we?

Excellent question one i asked myself while in med school.
Being true that women give men heart attacks this is not the reason why men are more susceptible.
The female hormone Estrogen (which men have none) has been linked to the reduce rate of CAD (Coronary Artery Disease) which is the main reason why people have heart attacks or AMI (Acute Myocardial Infraction). i could write 10 pages of boring literature about both AMI and CAD the important part of your question has already been answered.
Don't feel too bad guys! after menopause when women's estrogen level decreases they catch up in the heart attack business pretty quick, and besides the less men more women for us :)

The risk is unrecognized and underdiagnosed in women. The symptoms of heart attack in women are often much different than for men - like pain in the neck and jaw area and flu like symptoms. Women are also more likely to die. The incidence of heart disease is the same among men and postmenopausal women.

Men generally have poorer diets and don't look after there health as well as women do, they also don't handle stress as well as women do but Men are more likely to survive a heart attack then women.

Women tend to take care of themselves better. That is why it is said that a married man lives longer. A wife will make sure the man eats better things and takes care of themselves.

because they genetically store fat on belly and in veins. Reason: They traditionally smoked more, stressed more being the provider - working (stress release hormones that increase fat level in blod due to being ready to face catastrophy)
Women are coming along on the heart attac statistic. You can also observe that women today have more fat around belly than in 50's - when women stayed home cooking and watching children.

This used to be true years ago, but as more women began to smoke, the statistics have about evened out. Heart disease now kills more women than anything.
