Call EMS. If the person isn't allergic to aspirin , then have them take some. Preferably chew them and wash them down with a drink.

The 1st thing you might want to do is to take this person to a medical facility as soon as possible and avoid giving medication if not properly diagnosed by a Doctor.
Even for doctors now and then we get patients with heart attacks which symptoms and signs might be confusing for a variety of reasons, and what could work for 60% of patients might not work for 20% and could kill 3%.
What I'm trying to say is that 1 medicine might work for allot of people might won't necessarily work for your patient. but if you have no way to get to a medical facility and you are completely sure that this person has a heart attack, the best option is to give him/her aspirin no more than 300 mg.
All though this has been called a wonder drug, if you are confusing the symptoms of a heart attack with a peptic ulcer diseases you might be making things worse.
So for the most part taking your patient to a medical facility is the best option if that is not possible and you are 100% sure that he/she is having a heart attack 300 mg of aspirin is your best choice

If you think someone is having a heart attack, don't worry about what you can give them, call 911, and be on standby for possible CPR. Your first line of defense is are the first responders and EMS.
